This dish is called "Kongbiji-jjigae" aka. "Ground soybean stew" and is made of simple ingredients: leftover ground soybeans from making tofu or soybean noodles, kimchi, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and water. It's certainly not the most beautiful dish that Korean cuisine has to offer, but sometimes basics are simply the best to make yourself happy after a long day. Traditionally, it's made with pork, but I craved a more plain taste and left the meat out. And the stew tastes even better on the day after
