Welcome to Episode 33 of ✨ #BasiccookingwithSaloni ✨ where I take you on a journey of cooking basic essential recipes with me ☺️

Here’s how you can make this recipe at home ☺️

Ingredients for the soup:
Garlic - 3 Cloves
Grated Ginger - 1/2 Inch
Green Onion Bulb - 1 no
Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Onion- 1 onion - small dice
Vinegar - 1 Tbsp
Soy Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Sesame Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - a Pinch
Stock Cube - 1 no
2-3 cups water
2 nos star anise

150g Atta Noodles
1/4th cup Mushrooms
2-3 leaves Bok choy
1/2 a Carrot

Garnish :
Green Onion
Sesame Seeds
Chilli Oil

Process :
- Prep veggies of your choice
- Sauce the onion in oil
- Add in garlic and ginger and continue to saute
- In goes water, soy sauce, vinegar and stock cube
- Mix well and combine- add the star anise
- Bring the water to boil and add the noodles
- Add the veggies on top, cover and cook for 5-6 minutes or until the noodles are cooked through
- Garnish with green onion, sesame and chilli oil
- Serve and enjoy!
