Recipe:
Chicken (about 1 kg)
40 peeled garlic cloves
1 cup rice soaked overnight
4 scallions
2 onions
2 liter water
1) Start by preparing the chicken before cooking. Remove fatty parts and cut off the tips of the wings. Remove the giblets from the chicken. Rub salt all over the chicken and rinse under cold running water.
2) Toss peeled garlic, onions, and scallions in a large pot and add 1 liter of water.
3) Stuff the chicken with rice and garlic cloves. Add to the pot and bring it to over high heat first and turn down to medium heat after 20 minutes.
4) Let the chicken soup cook for about 1 hour. Add more water, if needed.
