I only ate KOREAN food for a day! What I eat in a day featuring lots of easy, healthy, and absolutely yummy food like homemade kimbap, caramelized japanese sweet potatoes (they taste JUST like a cinnamon roll, I see a lot of Kpop idols enjoying them) and cooking Dak Gomtang soup, a traditional chicken soup with rice from Korea! I also went to KBBQ this week which I'll show you guys soon. Also, a quick reminder that I share these videos not necessarily to inspire weight loss or unsustainable habits, but to instead inspire you to nourish yourself, cook delicious food, and focus on feeling amazing :)
