Описание

Chè Thái is a Vietnamese dessert that

You can substitute any fruits/jellies into this recipe so don't worry if you can't find some of these ingredients.

Ingredients:
1 bag lychee Jelly
1 can green aiyu Jelly
1 can jackfruit
1 can palm seeds
1 can mangosteen
1 can lychee
1 can longan
1 can corn
1 jar lychee jelly
1 can coconut milk
crushed ice

Instructions:
1. Boil the lychee boba according to instructions and set aside
2. Drain jackfruit, palm seeds, mangosteen, and corn.
3. Slice up jackfruit and put into a big bowl.
4. Cut up the green aiyu jelly into bite sized pieces and add into the bowl.
5. Add the mangosteens, palm seeds, corn.
6. Pour in the lychee and longan with their syrup into the bowl.
7. Add the jar of lychee jelly, coconut milk, crushed ice and mix together.
8. Add a scoop of boba into a glass and fill the rest up with this coconut milk fruit mixture.
